Who am I?

My name is Sue Moore and I live in Stepaside, having moved to Pembrokeshire with my partner Mike in 2005.  I had spent over 25 years working in the corporate world and finally decided to take a different, less stressful road in life.  I had always had an interest in Complementary Therapies and, given my working life, felt that I could do more to help people to combat the effects of stress.

I did my first qualifications in Reflexology and Aromatherapy in 1999 and 2000 and set up a small complementary therapy clinic in the Midlands.  All of my training has been done with The British School of Yoga in Devon who are an accredited training institution established in 1946.

I followed my complementary therapy qualifications with the BSY Professional Certificate of Merit in Counselling Skills in 2006 and I continue to update and broaden my qualifications with them.  I also attained a BA (Hons) with Swansea University in Sociology and Psychology, graduating in 2017.

I have a particular interest in the use of reflexology and aromatherapy in two areas:

Stress and its effects on the body and mind

   Dementia and elderly care

I take the issue of training, continual development and professionalism very seriously.  To that end, I am a member of the British School of Yoga and of the Association of Holistic and Complementary Practitioners and am bound by their Code of Conduct.  I also carry Professional Indemnity Insurance.

My practice room is designed to create a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
